These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of reddwarflv.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about Red Dwarf Las Vegas, including food and drink menus, hours, location, events, merchandise, and contact details. Information is provided for general convenience and may change without notice.
Online food ordering is handled by Toast, and event listings or ticket transactions may be handled by DICE or another identified provider. Those transactions occur on third-party services and are governed by that provider’s terms, privacy policy, refund rules, fees, and availability. Red Dwarf is not responsible for a third party’s website or processing systems. Questions about an order or event may still be directed to the bar using the contact information below.
You are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions and alcohol laws. Alcohol service is subject to valid identification, staff discretion, responsible-service requirements, and applicable law. Event age restrictions may vary; confirm the event listing or call before attending with anyone under 21.
Menu items, ingredients, prices, portions, hours, merchandise, and availability can change. Images are illustrative. Tell staff about allergies or dietary needs before ordering. The Site notes that the white sauce is made with cashews, but no website description can identify every cross-contact risk or replace a direct conversation with staff.
Artists, lineups, dates, times, admission terms, and age restrictions may change or be canceled. Check the current official listing before traveling. Ticket availability and refunds are subject to the terms shown by the ticket provider or event organizer.
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that harms service availability, impersonate another person, or use Site content in a misleading or unlawful way.

The Site may link to Toast, DICE, Instagram, Google Maps, and other independent services. Links are provided for convenience and do not make Red Dwarf responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Dwarf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or a linked third-party service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
We may update the Site or these Terms, suspend Site features, or correct errors at any time. The effective date above identifies the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
